expressed when I officiate and try to help couples create a
ceremony that best reflects their unique bond and life
experience. I have created bilingual ceremonies and offer to
conduct my ceremony in Spanish or French."
Richard earned his bachelor's degree in History, from the
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he
also studied French and Spanish. Richard offers to conduct
a bilingual wedding ceremony in Spanish or French.
Richard is also a high school Social Studies teacher for the
Los Angeles Unified School District. Richard is originally
from New Jersey. He has been living in Southern California
since 1990.
